■ Tweezer repair costs
1,650 yen (tax included) / bottle + shipping fee
■ Payment method ① Cash on delivery (charged after repair)
Repair fee + courier shipping fee 759 yen (tax included) + COD fee 330 yen (tax included)
② Advance payment (paid in advance, delivered by mail after repair)
Repair fee + 385 yen (tax included) + bank transfer fee. Please transfer the fee in advance to the designated account (please contact us for account information).
We cannot provide compensation for lost, stolen or damaged items sent via mail.
■ Number of days required for repairs: The product will be sent to the factory for repairs twice a month, on the 1st and 15th.
・It will be returned to our company approximately one and a half months after being sent to the factory.
- Depending on the timing and the workload at the factory, it may take more than two months for your order to reach you.
・Please note that we cannot accept requests for delivery on specific dates.
