Refund policy
At our company, we strive to ensure the best shipping management practices. However, if any defective products or incorrect items (wrong quantity or product) are received, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the product.

Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted:
- More than 7 business days have passed since the product's arrival.
- Campaign, discounted, or items sold as "damaged goods."
- Products where more than 10% has been used, or the product has passed its expiration date.
(For customer-related issues, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.) - Items determined to have scratches, stains, or damage caused while in the customer’s possession, including damage to packaging.
- Items returned without prior notice.
- Returns/exchanges due to customer preference. In such cases, shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
- Please use a courier service that ensures hand-to-hand delivery when returning items. (Mail services such as regular mail or standard postal mail are not accepted.)
